Is anyone in their right mind even 1% convinced we can sign Haaland?

Never gonna happen in a million years at those figures

No not going to happen.

Elton Welsby has heard Erling is incoming - what's not to like?

Elton Welsh is a dirty dipper. He is as clueless as Aldridge

Ronaldo is getting £874k a week. £500k after tax.

I calculate that to be the annual salary of 731 GPs.

But he says it's not about the money, only honour. Like he'd know. He's a toilet in human form.

Don't understand why you lot are so optimistic about any news.
Based on our shit show from this summer, what are the chances of something actually happen?

Sure, we can get someone, but can't we get Haaland? No.

A massive deal? Do we have a new commercial partnership with some african mining company or perhaps a wellington boot insole manufacturer?

All very quiet so I am inclined to think we are signing no one.
This will come and bite us badly.

Who realistically do you think we should be buying who would be better than what we already have?

We weren't held to ransom. We were quoted prices and we deemed them too much. Sensible business. Where we have fallen down is getting the players before they are superstars. But that has its issues as well. Am surprised Isaak of Sociedad hasnt been sold this summer. Or Lautauro. Or even Calvert-Lewin

Realistically I don't know because football today is missing the strikers it had in the past, but I also am not paid millions to find solutions, like the Spafia are. They had to replace Sergio, they didn't so now they hope the manager will solve it with Torres.

I would gladly go in this season if we give proper game time to Delap also, at least we will know if he is the real deal.

I think the problem is its not possible to replace Aguero. Silva, kompany et all can be replaced and have been, Sergio is a an exception. I think we will be OK, a lot will depend on attacking midfielders scoring important goals. Torres looks on track and like you say Delap will hopefully get time and let's hope he is the real deal.

Can't recall who said it here yesterday, but was 100% about the fact we need a proper striker not for when we control the game, but when we are down and need a goal.
As good as we are, we are not a team that is know for it's comebacks.

I think it needs to be Foden, Grealish, Kdb, Mahrez who need to be the difference in the big tight games. Either scoring or creating chances for our pretty good but not aguero good forwards.

We aren't going to get another prime aguero player.

I hope we sell Sterling..I really do.

We have Foden and Grealish for that left hand side and they can chop and change between them on the pitch.

Fuck Sterling , again 2 x one on ones and the cunt is still clueless ......always the same story with him.

Sell him for 80 million and get Haaland in or simply bank the money till we have a decent chance of getting someone else in.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Never was his biggest fan but we would not get the money for him unless we could use it in a deal for a big hitter of a striker and I don't see that happening this window or even next. One thing I will say in his defence is that he keeps teams back - invariably he will miss the one on one chance though so this may be a moot point. Foden and Grealish over him all day on the left. I don't know what Pep is going to do when both Foden and KDB return
