As of now, Pep prefers to sign Guimaraes and Paqueta. He loves both and feels their Premier League experience and age profiles are exactly what his team needs and both are desperate to come.

I don't get why JC keeps pushing these two wasters on us. They are average at best and i can only think any City interest is to push the price up for other teams like the rags to splurge out on them. Both are certainly not City standard . Furthermore , we have some cracking young lads coming through.

Aleix Garcia is currently a better fit for our style of play. He has certainly found his feet since he left us. We are not getting Wirtz unless we offer a stupid amount of money this summer and we won't do that. Get shut of Phillips and replace with Garcia and we have better cover immediately. I can see us looking to raid Girona this summer
