If we sold to a title rival to improve them I'd feel sick to be honest.

If we get Coutinho in exchange I'd be okay with it.

Nice thought but it won't happen unless we get raped again.

How would we fit kdb, coutinho, Silva, sterling, Aguero, fern1, Yaya, Sane, Jesus x 2, nolito and Nacho man into the team.

Maybe

Sane (GK)

Sterling fern1 yaya Navas

Coutinho kdb Silva

Jesus Aguero nacho

Sub
Nolito

Please, like Navas could play leftback.

Wouldnt matter if we couldnt fit him in. He wouldnt be at the dippers any more and they are a poorer side without him. Loan him to Girona. Whatever. As long as he didnt win games for the dippers

Even though Hart himself might be "happy" to go to the Dippers, it doesn't mean to say he will.

We don't have to sell him at all at the moment and we could take our time before we let him go, under circumstances which we determined were more acceptable to ourselves.

Chelsea have a £21m offer rejected for 20 year old Ivory Coast midfielder Franck Kessié (Atalanta). Club values him at £34m.

He's scored 6 goals in 16 appearances this season.

Agent claims we are also interested along with Utd and Arsenal.

In The Guardian's 10 January Transfer Targets piece other than the obvious Van Dijk we are also rumoured to be interested in/have scouted:

Faouzi Ghoulam (25, Napoli, Defender)
Dayotchanculle Upamecano (18, Red Bull Salzburg, Defender)
Kasper Dolberg (19, Ajax, Forward/Winger)

Another link to Steven Nzonzi. I remember watching him for Blackburn against Norwich at carrow road in a 3:3 draw he was excellent that day and thereafter kept tabs on his performances for a few months. He went to play for stoke but never seemed to fulfill his potential. I was surprised when he went to Sevilla but he has enjoyed success there and if reports are to be believed he appears to be on city's radar.

I'd be happy just to settle for our back four.

I'd be happy if he got on the end of a cross.

I see Laporte has been mentioned this morning as being interested if an offer went on the table. The question is obviously whether we bought Stones instead of Laporte or whether we would still be interested in the Pep plan of 3 at the back, although we'd need an experienced head in there & unless sicknote finds a cure or Fernandinho reverts to centre half then we are lacking in that department

Cristiano Ronaldo's agent says the superstar rejected an offer from a Chinese Super League club that would have paid him over €100 million ($105,581,500) per year.

Jorge Mendes confirmed to Sky Sports Italia in an interview released on Thursday night that the unnamed club were willing to pay Real Madrid a transfer fee of €300 million ($316,744,500).

"From China, they've offered €300m to Real Madrid and more than €100m per year to the player," Mendes said.

"But money is not everything; the Spanish club is his life."

Don't know why they would wait until January as their transfer window is open. See the Oscar deal.

Speaking personally, I'm convinced that Fernandhino will end up in the back four and I wouldn't be surprised if it's from next season onwards.

Just a feeling and no more.

You mean his season long loan with a paid fee?

Yeah, that might be why they'd wait till January.
