Before I move on to my next drink and fall asleep in front of Strictly Come Dancing, I wanted to post this. Unfortunately I think the home fans are still drinking because there isn't much to report for this one.

I hope all fellow Blues are having a brilliant Christmas, and here’s to the best year yet in 2017.

Cheers and…

COME ON CITY!!!

Referee: Robert Madley
Assistants: A Holmes, M Perry
Fourth official: J Moss

This is your lot…

the commentary on this game is going to be rather biased. the commentators will only mention our lot, calling them either "hull" or "city". the manchester team won't get a mention.

Free hit. Season starts on the 30th.

With Aguero out and Sterling off form, Man City's weak defense gives us a chance to create an upset if we play with the same quality and attacking approach as we did at West Ham. HOWEVER the key will be a strong mid-field. Phelan must not play Mason...a shocking disappointment since he arrived.... who contributes nothing and has been a total waste of 13 mill. Hudd is back to his best and with Jake and Clucas gives our strikers...Mbokani and Snodgrass...real support. I prefer Jak to Marshall, but the latter has looked more agile and confident in recent games, and will keep his place. Otherwise, with Robbo bombing down the wing, we have the players to get us points. I'm looking for a close game

I wonder if he'll leave Snodgrass out, play Mason attacking right where he should play seemingly. Not playing Snodgrass for any other reason than financial protecting against injury.

We'll beat these tomorrow

As long as it's not a stuffing, I'll be happy.

I predict a half time team talk on the pitch, assuming they had today off.

We have played well in the last 3 games.
I fancy us to get decent results this week.

I have to say the signing of that keeper is astonishing. He's dreadful! Mind you we're the same, our best keeper can't get a look in for league games. Madness.

Very few teams actually fear us these days, sign of our inconsistent results I guess. A good win and clean sheet is a must for me, 3 wins on the bounce should help going in to the game with the bin dippers

On paper, should be a routine victory. Hope our boys are on their game tomorrow and haven't been on the egg nog this avo.

See if we can get to twenty minutes without conceding

I hope he has been off form. One goal in 9 games after the start he had is not the form i want him to be at. We know he can do so much better. If he has been on form the last six weeks we sre in ttouble

We're back!

They don't too confident and rightly so. We've started to sort our shit out, especially at the back, and I think confidence is much better now.

It's an away game though and Phelan will have his Rag arse mentality. They'll give 100% and probably try to kick us off the ball for good measure. Anything to help is old club.
