Friday Night Lights

I'm looking forward to this one, it will be very interesting to see what Pep makes of the FA Cup. The home fans are fairly confident, so lets fuck up their weekend.
COME ON CITY !!!
Team Selection
Adrian
Johnson/Arbeloa-Reid-Ogbonna-Cresswell
Obiang-Fernandes
Antonio-Lanzini-Feghouli (if red over turned)/Payet
Fletcher
Referee: Oliver, Michael
Assistant Referee: Child, Steve
Assistant Referee: Hatzidakis, Constantine
Fourth Official: Swarbrick, Neil
And the rest...
Being a Friday night I'm just gona focus on the beer. The football will come second...
Gulp.
Right, we're having this one. I've decided. 2-1 to the cockney boys.
Got a feeling Pep will play the reserves and we might nick this.
"reserves" and "very strong team" are not mutually exclusive for man €ity…play like we did yesterday and we can get a result (if the playing field is level).
Third defeat on the bounce and some terrible refereeing, Aguero will be involved in some controversy, and he'll score…1-3
I'd love us to add to Guardiola's struggles, I bet he never envisaged this, the bloke inherited a squad of top level internationals, was given a decent amount of coin to spend and yet he's having to play attacking full backs at centre half the second one gets injured
I expect Man City will play reserves and youth, we will give some squad players a game, it will be similar to Chelsea cup game but end in a draw
Guardiola has history for winning cups. My money is that they'll take this game much more seriously than us.
Sold out apart from hospitality.
Please Slav no Noble we need to be athletic in midfield against this lot, we can't do with him dithering about , pirouetting and passing anyway but forward put Fernandes in please
Give Antonio and Noble a nice rest before Palace. Give Fletcher a good 30 mins despite how the result is going. Plus if we play Carroll I always think we should play 2 wingers as there is not enough quality deliveries otherwise as it's not Antonio's strength.
If the FA decide that we can keep 11 players on the pitch for the 90 mins in this game, then I think we've got a good chance…2-0 to us, with Feghouli having the game of his West Ham career (so far).
City are fantastic going forwards but i think they are majorly suspect at the back. We can get something out of this providing we keep it tight first 20 minutes or so. If they play Stones i'd play Antonio up top again. He'll run him ragged
