Me but I'm trying not to get carried away, that Everton game is still gnawing away at me.

As you were for this one in terms of team selection, keep the momentum going.

Can't wait. It's a tough team to pick. 3 games in a week for Yaya? Aguero on the bench again? Does Vince start? Will Nolito and Nacho be in the squad. Options everywhere

Yaya must be due a rest he has put in a lot of game time recently.
Vinny should start this one, would like to see him playing alongside Stones for a while.
Willy should keep his place, although he has very little to do last night.
Sterling, Sane, Kev, Dave and the son of god should be all certs to start.

i realize it's early days (and i'll probably get slated for this), but to me it feels like this team has outgrown sergio. i would prefer to keep the youngsters out there. they seem to love playing together already. other than negredo, sergio has never formed a partnership with any of ours.

As has been mentioned in another thread and I can't believe I'm saying it, but I think he could be gone in the summer

Let's see how he reacts to some proper competition for his place first.

Going off last night not very good. Within 10 mins of coming on he was up top on his own after a West Ham corner.....someone hoofed it out not to where he was stood, and he sort of waved his arms with no intentions of running for it.
I really hope he proves me wrong as he's been a real hero whilst here. Here's hoping he sharpens up.

He also insists on taking at least 5 touches before parting with the ball reluctantly, always did. Can you see him squaring that ball for KDB first-time, ever? He'd look for the shot and if it wasn't on, try to dribble around three defenders instead.

Even more worryingly, the constant cacking injuries might cost him the most lethal aspect of his game a lot earlier than expected, that explosive burst of speed which could always and anywhere buy him an extra yard or two.

I'd love nothing more than see him adapt his game with both his body and the players around him in mind, and stick around for a couple more years and hopefully trophies, but I'm not sure he'd have the desire for that.

Is this the 10-0 coming of which some have been speculating upon?

Would love to see a 10-0 as, not least of all, it would do our flagging goal difference the world of good. However, I fear 0-1 is just as likely. Old habits die hard, I'm afraid

Cityitis is still an affliction in my house and I agree.

Swansea have won three out of four under Clement

Pessimism tends to rule with me, as well NB.

If Vinnie plays, I'd hope we might just have a chance of managing to keep a clean sheet, but I'm hoping this isn't the game when we come down to earth with a bang and the little bit of confidence that was starting to build, doesn't get fractured.

Surely Pep won't bring back Bravo, will he ??

At the end of the day, I wonder if Swansea will come to park the bus or, on the other hand, try to play football against us ??

The Swans defence is rubbish. Our attack is fantastic. I can only see a win for us.
They have Siggy so I would not be surprised if they score but we will score more.

We have a run of matches coming up that on paper we should win.
The issue is our defence is very vulnerable and our attack is very young so I expect some inconsistent performances.

They will surely park the bus and hope to nick a goal from a set piece. Have to watch we (Kolarov) don't give away too many free kicks just outside the box as that's prime Siguarddson territory
