Manchester City player Sergio Aguero confirms contract extension

Sergio Aguero has confirmed that he will leave Manchester City when his current contract expires in 2020.

The Blues striker signed a one-year extension to his deal last year, and has always maintained that he would wrap up his stellar career back at his boyhood club Independiente, in Argentina.

So if the club confirm this we get one more season. He's been prolific despite the odd dip or learning curve, perfect in his representation of the badge. If he leaves and defo goes home then fair play to him even if we don't get a huge transfer fee that we could command now. He will have had his best days with us and enjoyed our best days.

If he goes back to Argentina, I have no issues of him leaving free. He deserves this from my point of view. A pure legend and such.

the best striker we ever had.
