Andy Morrison for me.

Just been thinking about some of the posters I had (90s onwards) compared with my sons now. A sobering thought as to how far we've come.

Used to love Peter Beagrie down the left wing. Very skillful player. Paul Walsh I think I had a bit of a man crush on (although I was 17), and TC (the cunt) I was heartbroken when he left.

Best player to never get an international cap imo

Absolutely right, but the competition was very tough for Distin to get a chance to play for France national team, with guys like Desailly, Gallas, Silvestre, Thuram, Abidal, Boumsong, Squillaci or even Mexès !
Being french, Sylvain Distin is one of my favorite players ever. He is the most underrated french centreback and thanks to him, (and Ali Benarbia or Nicolas Anelka too) french medias took interest in City in the begining of the century. When we where in the depths, no one gave a shit about City in France so I couldn't watch any game of the cityzens, and I was a very sad supporter from across the Channel !
Distin and Benarbia are my favorites from this era. I didn't like Anelka as a man, but what a wonderful striker for City in those days ! And I would add Marc-Vicien Foé, who was a very nice guy and a great player too. I will never forget that he is the last player to have scored at Maine Road. RIP Marc-Vivien.

That's right, but I meant that Foé was City's last player to score at Maine Road.

We were briefly half decent at that time so may not count!

I think old Division Two under El Mel counts, mate.
