Here's part of the problem though. It was Raneri that got most of the credit from the media for their success. I know Mahrez won player of the year and Arsenal were even in for Vardy, and Kante is arguably player of the year this season, but it was Raneri's charm that the media seemed to fall in love with.
Players at this level have massive egos and earn massive wages, so managing them well on a consistent basis is extremely difficult. You have to have incredible man management skills. Look at what happened to Pellegrini the year after we won the league. I think several of our players wanted to say "eff you" to Mancini, but then did arguably the same thing with Pellegrini after his "feel good" management style didn't work as well the following seasons.
Will be interesting to see how Chelsea do next season. I think Conte is more adept and diverse (like Pep) at man management, where he knows how to support his players, but also how to drop them or show he is the boss.
We don't know the whole story with Leicester, but seems there was more to it for this to be happening and is really just an example of the realities of modern football in top leagues.

gonna take a guess...and im gonna get slaughtered for this (but thats par for the course i guess)....maybe because Kevin has been in an awful run of form, Sterling is inept in the box (when it comes to shooting & scoring), Silva is goal-shy and has never scored a lot, and Yaya seems to only score pens and free kicks these days. Thats 4/6 of the attack, leaving only Sane and Aguero and Sane is still a bit sloppy and raw at this point.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

If you speak to Leicester fans, a lot of them seem to think that all the work was done by Pearson and Shakespeare (not big Willy), and Ranieri took all the credit.

Abysmal defending from Stoke for that goal.
2-1 Chelsea now.

very strange play by Pieters in the build up to the corner and the gift of the goal. If i didn't know better , i would say he's had a bet on the result.
