Reports in News Now that Zab has agreed a deal with West Ham.
Suggestions of a 3 year deal.

Would be a good move for him but I can't help feeling sad. Love the guy.
Would love to see him back on the coaching staff at some time.

The end of an era.

Love him but it has been painful viewing on occasion the past couple of seasons. Not his fault, he always still gives his all but unfortunately just isn't good enough anymore. Cheeky Burgerstain is to blame for not replacing our declining players sooner

Will always be welcomed back at the Etihad. A few of our current squad could learn a thing or two about passion, commitment and good old fashioned hard work from Zabba.

Great servant over the best part of the last decade

Will be a sad day when he goes. However as others have pointed out he sadly hasnt the pace to do the job Pep requires.

As much as I wish it wasn't the case it is time for him to go. It's horrible watching him these days as he's so far off the pace. This season and last season have both been sad viewing.

But the man is an absolute hero. We'll be lucky to find any player in the future who has half the commitment he has had for us. A never say die attitude with a genuine love for the club. He's been such a huge player for us who has never given anything less than 100%.

I hope he can still play on with another club (if that's his wish). He'll always be welcome back.

Personally I'd like him to stay one more season in a back up to the back up, then he would get a testimonial (not that he needs the money as such), as you've all said the guy has blue blood and Manchester written through him!

I am really sad to hear about Zab heading to West Ham. He is only 32 yet we are linked with signing Pepe who is 34.

IMO if Zab was Spanish with full hair, he would not be sold so easily. With his premature baldness he looks in his 40s.

Zab is an intelligent flexible player who could cover a number of positions. Pep seems set to sell the most popular and influential City players who have been central to our recent trophies. Hart, Yaya, Zab and possibly VK and Sergio(?).
