Tough game tonight anyway but especially so without captain Latibeaudierre and maybe even Duhaney. Irrespective though it is bound to be a great match and plenty of good attacking play. Can't wait and then come home and watch a rerun on telly

In fairness John we have largely just been there for the first 45 minutes.

We are criminally ball watching and not working hard enough in midfield to collect the ball from keeper and defence.

Hudson Adoy or whatever his name is is waltzing through unchallenged Maddox too. Yet every time Sancho or Diaz get near the ball there are two or three around them. Chelsea are not only bigger, but cuter and are working as a unit as they always do.

And yet Nmecha could have put us two up and Sancho put one wide at the end. Diaz put two perfect passes through and will split them if he gets on the ball.
The score could be 2-2 or 3-3, but we are behind 1-0.

A bit more graft and work our way in and I still think we have the quality to win this.
More teamwork required. Less individual holding the ball too long.

Another word for Muric. I really like the look of him. He commands the air and makes saves look simple. Great to have a big keeper you can trust.

What about the blatant Chelsea handball right in front of the linesman in the second minute? No comment or replay by ITV4.

Little chavs much better than us first half but we can match them if the lads believe and take one or two of those gilt edged chances . Abundance of huge talent on show sadly our right back is having a mare . Our swiss keeper already looks ten times better than bravo btw !

They risk being muscled out of it. Should learn to let the ball do the work as they used to say.
