We receive nothing. They withheld the 20 million euro in payments to us out of our shareout. The other 40 million would have had to be paid if we didn't comply with their corrupt rules, which we have.

Uugghh..........so when is a refund not a refund ?? Answer; when UEFA are involved.

Thanks for that disappointing dose of reality PD

When I first read this thread, I thought the UEFA anthem was in danger of not being drowned out by booing any more. Thankfully, no danger of that now. :)

We should never have settled in the first place since we did nothing wrong.

Apologies MC but there is a small chance I may have been wrong. As far as I can determine our bottom line is not effected but there is a small chance that it may have been, it depends how exactly we have accounted for it in the books. However, the way things stand it doesn't look like we'll be getting a windfall (although, as I say, I stand to be corrected).

I like the way you think DBF :D

Nice idea. I think the principle (or should that be 'principal') is very 'interesting'. ;)

Ridiculously positive spin. You'll never work for the Daily Fail.

How about 'City escape meaningful punishment for disgraceful FFP breaches. Gill vows to continue campaign '?
