A legend - who will ever forget QPR.

IMO he will not be with us next season. His style of play is not what Pep wants.

It will be a disgrace if PeP moves him on and the powers that be should fuckign make sure he doesn't go.

As for not his system.....18 goals this season and hes been injured or suspended in over 10 games....so fuck his system!

Amen to that. I'd be thoroughly pissed off if he was pushed out.
As a side note, I didn't realise Colin the King had scored that many!

I doubt anyone saw all of them, but I'm not surprised.

he he ! not all , but a lot of them !!! :D

Yeah me too and look at the pitches he played on. I went with Dad to the semi-final (Nov '75) and final (Feb '76) and the butcher Buchan's tackle.

Lots of talk that he doesn't fit into peps style etc. I really don't like that talk. Not one little bit. If Pep ships him out because he doesnt fit his style then Pep will be taking the mother of all gambles.

Imagine the scenario next season, pep gets rid and we have a poor season.....it will be a blood bath.....

After this week you can see he and Jesus being able to work. MOTD2 broke this down a bit, so I now am thinking Kun is staying, but we will still look to sign one striker/winger who can really fight for a starting place across the front line and is more clinical than Sterling and Sane at this point...

I think this may be why the Aubameyang rumours are starting to come about again, especially since Arsenal have said they won't allow Sanchez to go to a PL club this summer and would rather pull another great Lewandowski with his contract.

However, does Pep think KDB is better suited out wide now, and would rather spend more for a world class roaming 8-like midfielder who can score/create?

Who out there is like that available anyway?

Bernardo Silva can shoot, but he's not a big scorer. I actually really hope we are in for him. He and Garcia can become the future roaming 8's.

I don't get any of this at all.

Aguero says he doesn't want to leave.
Guardiola only has positive things to say about Aguero.

The MuEN, Sun, Talkshite anda few other media gobshites say he's leaving.

And guess what, the twats have as much clue as us, except they need a story and need an angle, so suddenly a bit of guesswork on their part becomes a major story....and City fans pick it up and treat it as gospel.

Me and my schoolmates would meet in the section between the North Stand and the KIppax.

Before the North Stand was built it was the scoreboard end if it didn't rain, or the Kippax if it did.

True but let us not forget that Kun was on the bench before Jesus got injured.
And it was a case of the King is dead, long live the King.
I assume, Kun as one of the best players in world football would not be happy to play second fiddle.

If they could shoehorn his number in that would be great - the Kun Ten'd. opposite the Bell end.

Neymar, Messi, Suarez? Didn't the media say similar about Barca?
Don't forget the media furore about whether the trannie would accept the competition to his iconic Madrid crown posed bt their buying of Bale.
Is one true world class striker enough for any team with ambitions of conquering both the domestic and European comps and even injuries/bans, temporary losses of form not withstanding, the number of games and the fixture clogging it entails.
1st fiddle, 2nd fiddle, both fiddles interchangeable?
Aguerooooo and Jesooooos in the same squad, whether playing is isolation or in tandem, sound like perfect common sense to me.

Maybe.
For certain Pep wants world class strikers, provided they play in a certain way.
That seems to be the issue with Kun, his style does not fit.

I expect to see Kun leave and be replaced by another world class forward.
Somebody like Aubameyang, whose style of play is different to Kun.

I know this sounds completely nuts because Kun averages a goal every 120 mins of play.
Time will tell.

Common sense tells me that if Kun's style didn't fit Pep's system, he wouldn't be as prolific as he is.

That said, our creative middle and wide men have created a lot of chances, whilst our strike force has often been a tad sken eyed in their accuracy.

Our main problem seems to be our over reliance on our strike force to score without anything like the amount of goals that should be coming from other positions.

31 goals so far this season. His second best total for us in a season and we have 4 games to go. I'd love to see what a player who can fit into Pep's system can do.

Our problem is going into a season with just 1 striker. Iheanacho can score goals but Pep clearly doesn't like him and Jesus signing only in January (and then being injured) left us woefully short up front.

In both our title winning seasons we had 4 strikers. It's no surprise we're struggling so much these when we have so few options up front.

Guardiola has absolutely zero credit in the bank after this debacle of a season , getting rid of Joe Hart was a wonderful decision alright , hammered by Everton and Leicester, woeful record against the top 6, a complete bottle job in Monaco and against arsenal and the complete non event against united in the league cup , getting rid of our best goalscorer ever for a kid who has done nothing for us yet and might not ever but the pep zealots will tell us there god knows better
