1-0 Madrid. Tranny with a header, unsurprisingly beating Savic to it

Tell the whole story ! Savic not to blame .

First cross Tranny is well offside moving back onside for a duff cross that bounces perfectly for tranny to head . Savic had no chance to get to the ball.

A centre half allowed his forward to get goal side of him and react first to a cross in the box. Savic is not without blame here in my view

Nah tranny was offside and it should have been picked up by the lino .

Blatant offside for me. Shocking how that's missed at this level.

Hat trick for Tranny. That's 399 Madrid goals in 390 games. Some record that

You're right SB; it should be a refreshing change.

You'd expect Juve to defend in numbers and break at lightning speed and you'd expect Monaco to try and make the running with their attacking flair, but sometimes the script gets thrown out of the window and surprises us all so, who knows how this game will go.

Irrespective of all else, it's a fascinating encounter and should make terrific viewing.

I'm going to be keeping my eye on Bernardo Silva to see how he performs against one of the tightest defences in Europe - I admit it's based on just one match (the first leg we played against them where half our team tried and failed to get the ball off him) but he could be a possible Big Dave replacement.

Good call D; this should certainly be an interesting test of his mettle.

Mind you, a good game tonight under these circumstances, could raise his already high valuation to astronomical levels. Having said that, there's probably going to be a summer stampede to sign him anyway, so it might be immaterial as to how he performs tonight, in that particular context.

Juve really missing Pogba this season.

9 points ahead in the league with 4 to play.
Last 4 in CL (maybe more). Last season they made the last 16.
Through to Italian cup final again.

Higuain with his second to put Juventus 2 up. Both goals come from Dani Alves assists. Can see why he was Messi's most productive assister.
