Not sure anyone could've done better. We may have paid in somewhat for Pep's philosophy but I still believe our squad is not good enough to win the title. Fullbacks have needed replacing for two years now and I truly believe that our wasteful $$$ nature when it comes to centrehalves is directly related to having shitty fullbacks who fail to cover their ground.

our squad is good enough , cheats and pep( fcuk ups ) have seriously cost us .

Would Conte have won the league with our squad? Well, he'd have had to manage against the referees so no, not a fucking chance with our current squad.

Anyhow, well done to Chelsea.

Of course, not being in Europe helps. Fair play though, the most points wins the league, and they have them. See you next year

Fair do's. It would have been nice to be closer - but second place is still on... with a large helping of (bad) luck from Spurs and three more wins from us.

I wonder if Conte gets snubbed for the manager awards like Pellers did when he won the league by scoring over a 100 goals, the Carling Cup and participated in the Champions League. Don't underestimate how much playing zero European football has helped Chelsea this season.

When we convert the chances we waste, City will have it won in Feb.

We've been saying that all season though mate. A couple of matches we can be like "oh well, hopefully next game we'll finish them" but it's all season. We can't keep saying that.

He's managing a London club so they will be all over him with their awards, guaranteed.

Fernando Torres has, apparently, upset some Dipper fans.

He tweeted his congratulations to Chelsea on winning the title, referring to them as 'us' (he tweeted "now let's win the FA Cup").

Some Dippers have taken affront at this and have been washing their hands of him via Twitter.

It was never going to be ours this season, ageing squad that had been allowed to stagnate and a new philosophy.
No particular problems with Chelsea winning it.
The old order has failed massively AGAIN with the rags, Liverpool and Arsenal slowly withering away for another year.I expect that to continue untill they find some kind of political solution to their failings to hold together their combined cracks.

Horrendous refereeing decisions almost week on week, especially in crucial games, at crucial times and the long term injuries to important players hasn't helped.
Without that, I think we would have been good enough to give Spurs a chasing for 2nd but with major surgery needed in our close season, I will take 3rd.
As someone has intimated, Chelsea are likely to lose a few, possibly Conte himself, so the future remains bright blue.
Bring on the transfer window, Bring on the next season.

and fer fuck's sake someone shove a firework right up Txiki's arse to get him to deliver what we need, where we need it.

Chelsea won the League...Leicester did that last season but it didn't do them any good...did it?
Just keep that pot polished for us, when we collect it in 12 months.
