From what I understand about any potential ban, it's entirely at the whim of the Spanish anti-doping agency, who, let's face it considering the way things in Spain seem to work regarding sport, will almost definitely be in cahoots with the Spanish FA/La Liga. Now that, to me, seems ridiculous - either they need to pass it on to higher authorities in a timely manner, or let it go. The effect of how things have been managed has been such that there's been a risk that, were we to fob him off to a team who could have been a direct competitor of a Spanish team during the duration of his contract (basically any potential European competition hopeful/stable top league team from any of Europe's best 10-12 leagues), the ban would have been enacted.

If you're referring to my post, we'd have to wait for a ban to be enacted for that to happen. That's part of the reason that I'm peeved with the system that's in place that's allowed us to be left in limbo. Remember, it's now 8 months (I think) that this has been hanging over Nasri, without a decision being made either way.
