I think some of the hate he received was harsh. He was limited, very limited, but I think he did a decent job when he was needed. I don't think he was worse than Javi Garcia.

Also, I think he knew his place and I respect that, he never moan because he didn't play.

Correct - he was a true gentleman and professional in my opinion, never gave us a problem.

I liked Fernando - he had one of the best defensive brains in the squad.

Wasn't quite the success we hoped he would be but I echo the above comments in that he was a good squad member who gave his all and never publically moaned.

I fully concur, if he hadn't had the injury in his first game against Stoke who knows, he was never the same after that

Pep has confirmed Kolarov is leaving.

By sounds of its kolarovs choice and pep isnt happy. Rightly so too its been hard enough getting one left back now we need too and prob extra cover st centre half that he could give us. Dissapointing.

Wish kolarov all the best tho he owes us nitjing and despite not been a huge fans favorite is close to city legend for me.
