Brilliant news. Biggest liability after Bravo and probably the softest player we've had since Robinho.

Nolito on the brink?

'Rafael Coto, the legal representative of both Nolito and Keita Baldé, arrived at the Vicente Calderón on Thursday morning.'

An example of someone stealing a living. How on Earth has this guy has ended up at one of the top clubs in the world? He must have an excellent agent.

I'm not sure what I dislike more about him - his pathetic defending or his embarrassing dives and play acting.

What’s happening now should have happened over the last 2 seasons if our DOF had done his fucking job properly. Fans spotted our glaring inadequacies time back, how couldn't the DOF ?,I thought the idea of a DOF was to ensure evolution, instead of the revolution we are seeing now. Every chance next season will be another transitional season. Blame for it falls firmly with the DOF.

Sad to see Willy go, if it is because he wanted assurances about the number 1 spot. Then I can fully understand his decision, only if he has been told Bravo is going to be our Number 1 next season. I to would want a fucking move if that were the case. :D :D :D

(Please God don’t let Bravo start next season in goal.)

Out of all moving on,Navas was the most infuriating player, as fast as a Race Horse. Rarely able to beat the first man, and his crossing was Dog Shit, 9 times out of every 10 he hit first man, or crossed to an opposition player. With his speed i honestly think he could have been one of the best wingers in the World. If only he had worked on these aspects of his game. Never got any better did he ?, was very strange. You would think no matter how shit you are at doing something, law of averages would eventually favour you no matter what. A bit like those people who take 50 driving tests, eventually even they pass in the end. With Navas he never improved. it was kind of funny surveying those sat around you in the Stadium when Navas flew down the wing, nobody bovered getting up out of their seats in anticipation. Everyone knew what was coming next, very rarely a pin point cross, only a collective groan as the ball bounced of the first man. Still he was likeable guy who always gave 100%,I wish him all the best. He is part of our history

With us selling Tevez for 12m and Dzeko for 10m, I'm guessing we'll pay West Ham to take Iheanacho and we'll subsidise his wages for 5 years.

Considering Troy Deeney is being touted for 25-30m, our ability to sell players for reasonable fees is woeful.

I think the biggest problem we have offloading players is the wages we pay. Most other teams just can't afford to pay the amounts we do and it is a huge stumbling block.
I was amazed at some of the quoted wages of some star players at some quite big Prem clubs.

The reported £24m seem fair enough to me.

Seriously? I can't believe anyone would be willing to pay more than half that amount for Deeney

Where did you hear that?

that used to be the case but I believe we've learned our lesson. Sun reporting that nacho's on only £35k/wk. hammers willing to double it.

It was on Sky Sports yesterday and a few other sites.

Apparently West Brom are looking at paying him 100k per week! Crazy money.

Watford have a clause that they receive £25m net. His previous club, Walsall, have a 20% sell on fee so any prospective buyer has to pay just short of £32m. Unless they deal with Walsall direct and come to another financial arrangement
