I've argued on here, on a number of occasions, that their football has been perennially awful and if you still abide by what you just stated, I think I'd like you to send me some of the stuff you must have been smoking, at that time, for you to form that impression about them.

They've always been a thuggish, anti-footballing, long-ball outfit just playing the percentages game and the football media have just gone along with the ridiculous assertion that they were an attractive side to watch.

As for the rags winning last night, I can't help but find it amusing how far their stock has fallen that winning this trophy is so important to them.

It is important - to them and as a trophy to win - but what a poo poor game it was. It was like watching two Championship sides contesting one of those pre-season cups.
