But that doesn’t mean what he’s posted isn’t offensive. This is part of the problem. People that have no idea say that people are being sensitive, but if they spent your life being treated differently because of your skin colour then perhaps they’d understand.

Surely it's only offensive if the person who it is intended for takes offence, or are we back to the snowflake problem.

I dont believe its intent was racist, maybe controversial and open to interpretation, however it wasnt the wisest of moves by Bernie. Is it as offensive as black rappers demeaning their own race in their songs? My point is there are more agendas relating to a racism that should take centre stage as supposed to a poxy tweet that's open to interpretation.

These things pale into insignificance when you watch Alf Garnett or Mel Brooks's Blazing Saddles scene where the new Sherriff rides into town. Neither of these would get past the Social police of today's Media.

Wow. Sky have Victor Anichabe on yesterday purely to discuss Bernardo. What the fuck has it got to do with some shit striker? "City haven't handle it well" what's it got to do with City!?

Remember how well Liverpool handled Suarez? All their players turned up wearing t shirts with his face on the next game!!! Did anyone say anything?!

Ironically, of all people, Bacon Face said something about the Liverpool Suarez face shirts.

He called it "embarrassing". Probably the wisest thing old Whiskey Breath has said

If any Blue was unsure of the motives of the media, last nights witch hunt should have opened a few eyes.

The fact that an ex-player had just seen his team beat only made the pickings richer for Sky. Having Hinchcliffe, also an ex-Everton player, stood fanning the flames with his uneducated lies, only made the matter worse.

Then onto Raheem, then onto Pep, the cunts know what they're doing, and it's calculated.

Considering Mendy is normally all over Twitter and other social media, it’s a bit of a surprise he hasn’t come out and defended Bernado. His silence on this could be construed as implying guilt?

He has written to the FA in support of Bernado

Fair play. I understand they are very close from their time together at Monaco. Not suggesting for a second Mendy has anything other than love for Bernado and is probably as mortified as anyone about this

He also posted a pic of him and Bernardo together on Instagram shortly after it all blew up.

Stupid tweet in this day and age, but that's all it was. If he wasn't a City player then the media would not have even given this coverage.

What a sad little world we live in though.

The Sky vendetta wins. A 6 game ban would be unbelievably wrong

If I was him I'd fuck England off and move abroad.

They're also essentially saying he's racist. So if I were him I'd get the lawyers on it.
