When he starts crying at the end! Ffs I couldn't hold it back. Should have just given a life time contract and paid him anything he wanted to do whatever role he wanted within the club.

If he doesn't come back to the club at some point I'll be absolutely devastated !

We were choked up at the final home game absolutely gutted that he's going a true club legend. Get him back as soon as possible in any capacity. We need people like Zaba around the club.

I don't know if he will ever fancy taking his coaching badges but he could come back and fill the Brian Kidd role at the Club, when Kiddo retires, given Zabba's extensive knowledge of football and the Premier League itself.

He would be part of the holistic continuation process which would transcend any managerial changes.

Showed more humility, grace, passion and the very essence of who he is and why he is so loved in that ten minutes than most folks do in a year.

Love him

There is not a footballer player on planet earth like our Zab. Loads of rags I know have seen this video and been moved to tears. I stupidly watched it at work. He is just so unique.

Can't wait for him to come back with West Ham and get an amazing reception and then get booed for 90 mins  love him.

Sometimes a transfer in the autumn of a career can reinvigorate a player. I really hope that this happens with Zabba and that the West Ham fans really take to him. We have shared a lot of players over the years and we seem to take to the same personalities.

When he does play against us, you just know that he will be giving everything for his new team - and I wouldn't have it any other way. There will be time for smiles after the game!

Bastards never get the kids out - it's gone really dusty in here as I watched that and irritated my eyes - what a legend. You can do many things when you leave a club but I cannot remember the last time someone left with such an affinity with the fans and the club, I do hope he comes back as he is one of the few who understands the history of this great club, what it means to be a city fan & played like we all would play with passion & determination

I messaged a Hammer mate and told that if they give him any grief that there'll be hell to pay.

Thanks Zaba, it's been very very emotional.
