Delightful, its the highlight of the end of season for me and that was a decent start.

Looking forward to the next two parts.

He said it is a bit more complicated than that.

I loved watching that - especially what he said about Zabba. What a classy chairman.

He said it is a bit more complicated than that.

Khaldoon said we'd follow the pattern of previous windows in terms of numbers so it looks like half a dozen signings max.

Last summer there were effectively 6 incoming - Bravo, Nolito, Stones, Sane, Gundogan and Jesus (delayed) in addition to Zinchenko/ Moreno/Mooy/Mari/Rulli etc. In 2015 we recruited only 4 - De Bruyne, Sterling, Otamendi and Delph to the senior squad and also Roberts for loan plus assorted unknowns in La Liga. In 2014 we got 5 - Sagna, Mangala, Fernando, Caballero, Lampard + Bony in January and a few youngsters including Zuculini. In 2013 it was 5 again - Fernandinho, Navas, Negredo, Jovetic & Demichelis.

The previous year was the dross provided to hobble Mancini - Rodwell, Garcia, Sinclair, Nastasic, Maicon and Richard Wright - let's pass on that.

I love the fact that he said it was ridiculous to even contemplate one of the best players in the world to leave City (Aguero)....so even if PEP did not want him Im sure he was told bluntly, that he has no say on this particular player............very pleasing.

Hopefully. Bluemooners still saying we're in for mpappe and that would mean aguero out.

Loved him saying there will always be a place for Zabba, likening him to Vieira and him getting coaching badges under the clubs wing, hinting at him possibly being a future manager.

Yeah it's a long way off being a reality as we know not everyone can transform to being a decent manager, but I'd love if it happened.

In a way when he said the others could/would also be welcome back dapenned it a little though (clichy, sagna etc with the possible exception of Navas for effort) cannot compare to the great Zabba.

Is the 20 minutes the whole thing? I thought his end of season interview got broken into two three bits?

As for Sergio, that shit about him leaving from what I gather was nothing more than press speculation (more like shit stirring) Kaldoon once again shits on them discretely with "I read alot of nonsense, Sergio was never going anywhere" I bet he wishes he could just shoot from the hip like us lot and call a CUNT a CUNT....

Just a theory but considering the business we're doing with Monaco ( buying Silva, reportedly on the verge of signing Mendy ) perhaps the whole chase of Mbappe is a bluff designed to drive his price up - to ward of the advances of others so Monaco can keep him for at least another season.

Yep could be case of "take who you like but not our prizes possession"?

Or to make Madrid pay more than they otherwise would.

Yeh, wasn't sure what way the Aguero situation was going to play out, however given what Khaldoon has said I'd be amazed if Aguero goes, can't see how we'd accommodate Mbappe too and that's what got me pondering.

This was my thought about it as well. Helping Madrid spend their money.

This was my thought about it as well. Helping Madrid spend their money so that there is less available with which to compete for other players of interest to us.
