Yep, and Danilo has been recalled too, following in Fernandinho's footsteps, sign for City and get your Brazil career back on track.

even if that was the case, which doesn't seem to match pretty logical with replays, point still stands.
a player not usued to offload problems would have acted the way You saw from Ederson at SB, and on sevrral other occasions.

but if it's ok with You to lay blame on Stones... youre well entitled to your opinions. by definition they vary, moreso in these days of "alternative facts".

So you're telling me that Bravo raced off his line and didn't call?

Perhaps it goes back to what others are posting, in that Stones just didn't trust him but I've a hard time believing he'd come that far off his line without shouting for the ball.

almost generally agree on calls to keep calm.
still I find myself in the very same position of PB.
I really hoped that after waters passed down the bridge, and with some confidence boost received by decent summer performances with Chile, the guy might start resembling the decent player he has been before coming at us.
but You can't deny that the total unawareness showed in the league cup, almost costing a re-match, was disheartening...

What unawareness are you referring to?

did you see what happened just before the corner which led to equalizer, mate?
don't want to be harsh, but I felt we were lucky not to get Stones injuried on that hail mary clearance.

Bravo called for it, Stones ignored him.

I can't imagine Stones ignoring Ederson!

I don't know, FiBD, actually who could? that's being entirelly the point, starting with his fellow defenders.
Maybe he was rushing out for catching flies, as Joe Hart used to do a certain point of his City career, nobody knows.

btw, when selling it's Stones' fault, You meant from here:

to here

I really rate Your footballing opinion, FiBD, and find in agreement most of the times. Let's just say this is not one of those.

OK, I'm wrong so, keeper just rushed off his line without letting his teammate know he was coming, sounds logical.

I think you hit the nail on the head yourself.
Perhaps it's the defence (Stones) that just don't trust him.
As JL said can you see them ignoring Ederson.
This is what I mean when I say the damage is done. I'm not apportioning blame on any individual for any particular incidents. It's harsh on Bravo but I just think he doesn't have a future with us.

It's ironic really when you think about it, his first "error" on his debut came from Stones ignoring his shout and here we are again.

It's like a marriage. When the trust is gone...

Sad but true - well an explanation anyway.

he may not have known much about the first one (who cares, a save is a save) but his save for the rebound was immense.

Considering he'd just taken a full blooded shot straight in the throat (thanks to being well positioned to get in the way of it) it makes the second even more special.

Why haven’t you put that in the match thread?

It’s great to have a match winning keeper.
