Briefing that most Arsenal players want Sanchez gone. Fed up with the Circus surrounding him. Preparing the ground for his transfer.

Is that plus Sterling?

No - 50 million outright...we will go to 60 million I think and that will be it, but no player will go in the opposite direction, unless its a straight stupid swap.

Id imagine.

Sounds like a real trouble maker and they would be better off without such a disruptive influence in the camp.

What a bastard, joining City, and upsetting such an established esteemed well run club like Arsenal.

Did I mentioned principled?
Such a principled outfit like Wenger & Co.

Yep, it's the endgame when this sort of bullshit starts coming out. The media must fucking laugh at the Arsenal fans, printing this propaganda on behalf of the club's owners every season.

On another note. What if we don't sign Sanchez and he stays there and poisons the dressing-room to the extent that they end up halfway down the table and all their players fuck off next summer. Anyone reckon the Arsenal board would write a letter (on paper sporting the Arsenal crest at the top) to the PL complaining that we didn't buy a player off them?

I notice from that article that the bastard has infuriated his national team also, by asking for time off to do a medical.
So the character assassination is in full swing.
I'd be amazed if this doesn't happen now.

John Cross is an Arsenal fan who has obviously been briefed by the club. But he also ran a story saying Wenger ripped in to his team on Monday following the defeat to Liverpool.
It has been pointed out to him that the players had left for international duty by then!

5live putting it forward as blindingly obvious that we will offer Sterling and a ton of cash for Sanchez, suggesting Sterling is a bit part player. I wouldn't be entirely convinced with a straight swap tbh.
If they were to want Aguero I think we'd be looking for 30/40m +Sanchez.
The radio was irritating me this morning!

He wants to go, its how far we want to go is all that matters now.
A familiar path, first bid rejected, followed by 2nd bid and possibly a 3rd. He will probably end up ours at about 60-65m, any more is mad and time to leave it.

The drama Arsenal are creating over this seemingly done deal is truely pathetic and embarrassing for the club and it's fuckwit fans tbh .

On the Sky Sports app they are now saying we would expect Arsenal to give us cash + Sanchez in exchange for Sterling due to Sanchez having less than a year on his contract left.

Conflicting stories everywhere.

But whatever the deal, it seems very unlikely Sanchez will stay at Arsenal now.

If I was negotiating, I'd talk them out this window and then start off with a £25m or so offer in January. Sanchez and Arse should be well pissed off with each other by then. A January transfer would give us Sanchez very cheap for the more challenging CL knockout stage (assuming we get through the group stage without needing his help) and fresh at a time when our players are knackered after the first half of the season. And it would still give Sanchez the opportunity to play CL football and perform for inclusion in Chile's WC squad.

Not on our part. As usual, the media have taken the bike to its ultimate end, by disrespecting Raheem (no change there) and forcing the club to make a statement through Mullock. Arsenal play the game like children and the same media then get the nod from them that he will be going, turning the story into 'Hes a disruptive influence, we're all sick of him and want him out', leaving Arsenal seemingly being the 'Better' club.

It's all a charade and like WW says, all in order to portray is as the pantomime villains for the old Sky 4, and any other fans that have a chip on their shoulder.

Forget all the bollox I say, we just need to understand that this is very close, the bile is too great.
