That and being reunited with Guardiola might still be enough for him. But will there be an auction for him? Wenger would certainly like that.

He will also have a league cup and FA cup final to look forward to if he comes in January, and our title run in (even if he does not qualify for a medal) - and thrashing the Arse at the Emirates in February!

Only thing is he cannot play for us in the League Cup as he is cup tied.

Ah yes, Wenger played him so another reason to stick some past the Arse.

I would say no to Sanchez.
Sick and tired of all the drama around him in the last 8 years. Linked with him, snubbed, then refused by Arse. For me his ship has sailed, even if he is really a top player.
Get him under 10 mil or fuck him.

We need another left back far more than we need this bloke. Even another centre-half.

Actually I agree with you, PP.

I still want him. We set up where we realistically could have 3 players hit 20 goals a season. Aguero and Jesus should hit that target this season. Sterling and Sane might but have not shown that level throughout a whole season yet and even if they do, we still have enough games where we can cater for 7 forwards in 3 positions. also, we will have some big games this season where we will need the mentality of someone like sanchez to get us over the line.

I think the plan is that he comes, together with a left back and possibly a centre back or a midfielder. Ideally all 3 will be eligible for CL. They would replace Bendy while Mangala will depart on loan and Muric would vacate a spot via the B list qualification. Lucas Hernandez from Atletico was tipped to be joining us when their transfer ban is lifted in January - his secondary position is left back.

I don't want him. We've got a close knit group firing from all angles. This has disruption written all over it. He's also not young and going to command big money, very short term move I think.

Would depend on injuries come Jan for me. If the core squad is fit and we are still firing I'd give him a pass. If we are beginning to tire and need a new injection. It could be a great addition. No lose situation.

Same. Too many cooks springs to mind.

Left back and left sided centre back(not jonny evans) more pressing for me, we be lucky to get either in jan.

Spot on you guys.

Never wanted Sanchez iin the first place and still don't now. He seems to be a potential team wrecker to my eyes.

I'd like to see us go for a left back and another forward in January, as I think we can just about scrape by with the centre backs we have at the moment.

Same here pal. Would enhance the squad, not detract from it. If Pep can integrate our summer acquisitions this fast, Sanchez will be a fiddle as he's already a Pep player.

Can he play left back. Seriously, how as Delph managed to stay fit this long? Sanchez is top drawer but could he stop the development of Sane, Sterling, Bernard and Jesus? I'd prefer s Lb and Cb.
