Nasir has talent no doubt
I read that Pep wanted him to stay
Last year . If true he sees something in him .
And if he can get him Onboard
He could be like a new signing

Personally I prefer poems that rhyme but that's pretty good

Get with it mate, modern poetry has no rhyme or rhythm.

That's free-verse, certainly you couldn't sell it. Heavily influenced by Walt Whitman I think, unusual in Carolina that.

Friendly or not, sounds like a good run out with plenty of positives to look forward to for the upcoming season.

Damn. Jetlagged and go to bed at halftime and we have a goalfest in the 2nd.

Extended highlights I saw showed that we continued to look quite good.

Happy for Raz and Diaz.

KDB looks serious this season. Going to be a real PFA candidate I will wager this season. Shoot we may have a few on it for once.

Looked a bit more out of his depth this time around. Had a moment or two early on as I recall, but I think he gave the ball away.

Ball didn't get near him. For example, there was a moment in the first half when Aguero passed to Jesus who got the shot off but he could have found Foden more easily and he would have been through on goal.

Interesting to hear Pep repeatedly refer to Kev's confidence as impacting his game. Seems to suggest it was poor for much of last season, which it seemed to many of us as well after that Chelsea match.

Apparently Mendy and Gundogan will not be fit to start the season.

Mendy has a muscle injury (2-3 weeks) and Gundo not fully recovered from his knee injury.

So Danilo set to get his chance. Looked good last night at least.
