Thought i would make a post to inform fellow fans, that City v west Ham is on Eurosport 1, and Eurosport 1 HD 1500 hours this coming Friday.

I didn't know,i am pretty sure others wont know either.

Not sure if Eurosport is free to all.I watch it on Sky.

Thanks, was wondering if it was on the old goggle box. But the time is a bit putrid.

Check ch 410, I don't have Sky Sports or BT sports (fortunately) but just been on planner and I get eurosports and it is showing as being on at 15:00 & I'm getting a picture (not encrypted/blicked). Only time I used eurosports was for winter Olympics or other skiing events.

May be worth checking as I assumed it had become part of sports package?

Really? I better check as I have set it on record, through my SKY. I thought Eurosport had always been free with SKY?

Doug must do SKy through another medium - IE not SKY if you know what I mean - then you would only get SKY channels I guess?

I get Sky but do not have sports package and Eurosport 1 & 2 are available free to watch, it is how I get my cycling fix as coverage is much better when the 'right' commentators are on and they cover more races. There is a Eurosport app that is available albeit with a yearly fee of £29.99, a day pass of £5.99 or a monthly pass of £6.99

I fear DH may have been misinformed - if he buys Sky in the normal way (and I am confident he is in no obvious way abnormal) he gets Eurosport 1 & 2 in the package.That concludes my contribution to this thread.

I've got one of those virgin's boxes in my house. I can watch sky through it and I get Eurosport with it. Seems to be a pretty good box to mr.
