That is what amazes me. Another team would have been beat 5-0 tonight, yet those stuffy Cnuts somehow keep it to 2-1!

A Tom Miller header in extra time sees Carlisle through to the next round of the Carabao cup.

I saw the Mourinho interview after.
Classy as ever. I'll paraphrase. One of Madrid's goals was offside so it could have gone to extra time. When Ronaldo came on the game wax over because the ref kept giving him frees.
They were very good apparently to be so close to such s great team.
It's great really. They may not be as bad as we think, but they're a lot worse than they believe themselves.

Embarrassing having them there.
The real mystery is why so-called experts say they will compete for the title

caught a few mins of the 'highlights'
what struck me was how forced a lot of their play looked. it was a complete contrast to the fluid interchange of play that we get to enjoy. they are light years behind...

To be fair they started brightly, they were full of running, closing down Real well and not letting them get into a rhythm. After around ten minutes though Real kicked into gear and showed them what real football is.
It was funny to watch the realisation dawning on Peg that they were going to get a mauling so he brought on the gimp to try make it a battle rather than a game of football.
Keep on grinding rags.

Because in the league there are teams that are to scared to act against them. Even B-mouth, a team that plays football and receives a shit load of goals, went there, PLAYED football and got a draw playing in 10 men because of Ibracunt. That is the key, play football against them because if you do that, they are shit.

Well it wasn't!
We did get a mention anyway - as the last team to stop Real scoring in a European game!

I stand to be corrected but I think we were the last team to stop Madrid from scoring in any game. Not counting friendlies

Yes you are right! I was just assuming that they must have not scored in Spain since.
