Maybe they've scheduled a medical, but I think he prefers to come to us.

I'd think we will have no problem with matching £28m, so I actually now expect him to become a City player.

Well, if you really don't want him to come then I think there is no way will it be to Leicester over us for £28m.

So Guardiola is shipping out Mangala, Denayer and Tosin, leaving just 3 CBs that can be called on. He'll have to get at least one in if he wants any sort of cover for playing three at the back, so he has to get Evans (wish it was someone else) and WBA know all this so can ask for anything - £30m, £40m, £50m, £60m and Guadiola will just get the chequebook out. This is what you get with a world class manager and developer of youth.

Unless the deal is already done of course.

The problem is they need to ship out Mangala. West Brom want him as a replacement but he's being very picky.

He's on the plane to San Marino, so that could be that!

Was just thinking that. :) :)

Sky Sports News reported that he wanted his future decided before he got on that Plane to San Marino. :) :)

Sky also reporting that Crystal Palace have made a cash offer for Mangala.

Seems that many will get end up getting their wish of no Evans and Mangala to "get his chance."

Most were wishing for no rag Evans full stop. It has nothing whatsoever to do with mangala.

Hah...I understand that. Some also have been wanting to see us keep Mangala, but I also understand it is not necessarily all of the same people.

SSN. City end interest in Jonny Evans. I know it's Sky and their word is hardly gospel, but even so. Hallelujah!

This is what i don't understand.

The mang had a couple of bad games, particularly the liverpool home game, but if pepsicle is supposed to be the best trainer in the world why can't he make the Mang a better player ? i mean, that is what trainers do isn't it ?

This is the chance for Pep to show that he can coach improvement into a player.
Mango may never be a worldie but if Pep is the coach he claims to be Shirley he can improve him to the extent where he can be a successful fourth CB.
£90m saved.....Alexi next year for free ?......over to you with Mango Pep !!
