I don't see them scoring tonight. I think Kirman will be ultra defensive and bring a couple of buses. I see a scrappy 1-0 win.

I didn't think we were brilliant in the first game. Understandably we were not at our best, and that pointless friendly in Spain was a waste of time. I am worried about our keeper, there are mistakes in him, he will make errors that will be punished in this league.
That said we should have enough going forward to win this one narrowly 2-1.

What happened in the last 10 minutes to change your mind from the 10-0!!!

I reckon we will see the same starting line up as we had against Brighton.

The only difference to the squad will probably see Gundogan replacing Foden on the bench.

I really hope we go 4-3-3 with Sterling and Sané.

Absolutely mr_nool; as a pure formation, it's 4-3-3 all day long for me. I loved the potential when we had Sterling, Jesus and Sané together last season.

However, more importantly, it's vital we get three points tonight, irrespective of how scrappily and fortunately the win is obtained. We need to get points on the board at this early stage, whilst the new players are all acclimatising to what Pep requires.

Just hope we don't draw or, even worse, allow ourselves to get beaten by this set of footballing shysters
