He's not daft, Shrek had just scored his 200th goal and he knew the cameras would all be on him. Although I'd have preferred a clobbering, I wouldn't want to be seen as a bitter fucker live on TV. Looked very forced.

Do you think he'd have been better legging it after Sterling and congratulating him on the effort he's just put in for HIS team to get HIM out of the shit?

Yes, I do, but when I saw how he reacted it seemed to be in sarcasm rather than respect. Do you really think he ran around in circles just to get to Shrek? If so, why didn't he just make a beeline?

As always, just an opinion mate.

Everyone's allowed an opinion mate. I just think what Pep did is in poor taste, especially whilst the passion is running high after just having the fat prick celebrate in front of our own fans.

I totally agree but I don't think it was intentional, more he just ended up there and had to calm down.

As you've said, we were all angry after the first half, me, mainly, because we should have been 2 up and yet we find ourselves behind with a man short. My err was with Sergio, Silva and the ref, with a little frustration with Pep, although with so many chances, I couldn't complain too much. That anger claimed in the second half as I thought we took it to them and it was only their cheating, underhand ways that got them through. Again, we were far the better team and on another day could have come away winners without having a man sent off.

I'd like to see the full view of what Pep did at the end of the match as I saw a Sky edited version where they seemed to show only what they wanted.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

i stand by it. Mase is right.

Possibly. I only saw it very briefly on NBCSN, but have to say I thought the same as Beefy.
I think Pep is still getting used to being stitched up by a ref and his sarcastic reactions, if that's what they are, can look a bit over acted.
He was obviously furious because he refused to comment about the ref sending off Walker and gave a Mourinho style 'Next question ', comment.

I can't say for sure. As I said only caught it briefly once. It all looked very rushed to me.

What nonsense?
Giving an opinion on what I said I saw, which I clearly state wasn't enough to be clear.....to me.

I didn't say Mase was wrong. He clearly saw more than I did.

I'll reserve judgement until I see it myself.
Otherwise I'm just going on someone else 's opinion.

Now that's nonsense.

Pep got enough wrong tonight without any of what Mase is talking about. But I'm not ready to fuck the season off yet.

City's second half performance was phenomenal under the circumstances.

10 v 12 we rarely stopped attacking & looked like we had the extra men.

Fully deserved at least a point. If the game had gone on 5 mins more we'd have won.

However,if you miss your chances at one end and give a cheap goal away at the other, you're going to make like difficult AGAIN.

Well done City, big Cojones tonight !!!

Some posters on here need to get a grip and focus on events that really matter like taking our chances & not conceding cheap goals.

There are much more important things to get exercised about than this nonsense. The rag caff will be pissing themselves at you.

Bent ref. Shit strikers. We got a result. For those of you who went tonight you have my sympathy as we are not allowed to have a level playing field.

The rag caff will be pissing themselves laughing as their fat granny shagging cunt ex player scored against us - NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Pep FUCKED up with the wrong fuckign team and seems to learn NOTHING from past mistakes....Sane was shite and slow..obviously fucked from spain , everyone could see it but PeP......Not playing sterling from the off , MOTM in pre season and MOTM when he came on as a sub today, was a monumental fuckup.

Everton were fuckign dog shit and we drew.......disgusting result, regardless of having 10 men on the pitch.

PePs fault , end of.

wow, Sane was soo bad.

really hate this 3-5-2. def not creative and attacking enough. especially since neither Danilo or Walker can really cross.
hope Mendy is fit for Bournemouth.

If the strikers did their job nothing else would matter. Aguero takes too many touches, got in a bad habit. Or just misses. Or falls over

Having slept on it I have calmed down slightly but I still think Pep was wrong doing that after the final whistle.

There's more important things to take from last night, but that really left a sour taste.

I for one have never warmed to Pep, and stuff like that last night won't change or help that.

Onwards and upwards.
