Really genuine question, but why does the FA instist with this clown of a manager? Why on earth someone that supposed has the best interest of your football would continue with this fella?

There is no magic surprise ahead. He will not win the world cup, he will not even get through the group. He is worse than a sunday league tactician, but still, no one seems to see the obvious. Why is that?

The England job is one of the most wanted jobs in the game. Great managers would die for a shot.

Rashford creates a goal - from a mis-hit corner!!

Simple, he is pliable for the sponsors. And cheap.

A genuine answer......I think they have tried every type and quality of manager out there. The truth is, the players are simply not good enough to win tournaments. In other words, with the lack of technical ability, it really doesn't matter who is in charge. No tournament wins for over 50 years can't all be down to 50+ years of poor managers.

true Lev, but he is having a good game so far . Seems more aware of what's going on than the rest of the spuds team playing at home.

Not sure if he's been that much better than Raheem, as for being more aware, not when he gave the ball away for the Slovak goal

So the experts in the studio have decided that Walker and Hart were (ir)responsible for that goal.

nah , sorry, can't accept that as a foul ,weiss tried to flick it back and it didn't work .Walker didn't even tackle him , both their legs touched , but it was as much Weiss to blame as Walker for me.

But those muppets in the studio have a definite grudge .

Didn't watch first half.
Saw the half time talking points.
Rashford and Hart at fault for their goal.
Walker on Weiss wasn't a foul IMO.

From the outside, England has one of the best generation in ages.
I think, as romania did also, England is failing in selecting national team coaches. We did the same with Daum, England with Sven, Capello, etc. They choose club managers that are fantastic on a day to day basis along their players, meeting them, learning their habits, etc. As a country manager, you have 10 days to get them to play their heart out.

Look at Lowe, Hiddink or even Jaquet. I think England needs a country manager, not a club manager.
