Hate these cunts with a passion. I reckon anyone selling wreaths outside the ground will do a roaring trade come 14:30.

These journalists should be made to state their name and affiliation before asking their questions.

And rather than starting off with a puzzled look, Guardiola should have asked that one who said "There were suggestions that [Raheem] might have been open to a move to Arsenal in a swap deal because he felt he might play more football in a World Cup year" (@ 8:00 in the embargo extras) what his source was for these suggestions and simply nailed the story as baseless rumour in one short sentence. That cuntish trick reminds me of Fox News' technique of pushing their own narrative by starting questions off with "Some people are saying that..."

The bullshit is out in full force on TS. Questioning PG, everything about the money and basically saying we are cheating the system, as per the La Liga business.

Then, over to the Dippers who have an excellent chance to prove their worth.

Assume this is the same for most of the media and would like to shove it back down their throats as the final whistle blows.

Cunts!

Stuff their foul mouths with City goals - as the beloved Nye might have said.

Back to the game. I've gone for a narrow win but as we all know, this game could be anything. A few years ago I thought we'd got over the hoodoo of the Dippers but the last couple of years that fear has come back. They're a better outfit these days under Klopp and their starts always put teams on the back foot.

Hoping for an early goal and stopping them from playing/breaking, then pushing on when they've worn themselves out a bit. Looking forward to it though and feel positive for some reason. That all may change though, if the ref carries on from where the others have left off.

Just like Pretty Boy, I hate it when we play the dippers. Thanks to Craig Johnston and Harry Kewell there are far far too many of them here than there should be. A win please. Any sort will do.

@HaysWorldwide City XI: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Mendy, Danilo, Fernandinho, De Bruyne, Silva (c), Aguero, Jesus

Subs: Bravo, Foden, Mangala, Sane, Gundogan, Delph, Bernardo

no yaya...

Danilo and Fernandinho in midfield. I think that's right. I would have played B Silva for Jesus. Not yet convinced Jesus and Aguero works.

Weird starting lineup for me. This would be a game perfect for Yaya.

Yaya's not even on the bench. Not fit? Pep showing respect for Livrrpool's pace with Danilo and Fernandinho playing.

That's okay, we have the gamechanger on the bench in Delph.

I don't get why people are saying Yaya should play today. Don't get me wrong, I love Yaya and he's been immense for us.

But Liverpool play a fast pressing game and move the ball very fast on the counter. Yaya simply doesn't have the legs for that anymore.

What am I missing?

Pep is really out on Sane huh? Figured he'd be nailed on to start with no Sterlinhg and no international matches during the break
