I think it’s on Facebook as well but I’m watching it on YouTube on the tv.

We can't underestimate how much we missed him against the dippers. He absolutely tormented them when we smashed them 5:0. He's such a big unit I doubt Anal (Arnold) would have been able to handle him. If he's fully fit next season we'll be even more dangerous.

I just hope that he hasn't lost a yard of pace with that injury. It was a revelation seeing him and Sane together on the left.
Not sure any Fullback would be able to handle those two working in tandem

He was taken off at half time.
Nothing special but it was good to see him playing football again.

Would love to see him play some part in all of the last matches. Get some fitness back and also get his appearances up for a winner’s medal.

Conversely, if he doesnt play he likely wont make the French WC squad which would be great for us but terrible for him

Knee injury again, not available for Wednesday.
Delph limped off on Saturday and it was a surprise to see him in the pre-Lyon training pics.
Walker at left back and Danilo in? Not good.

If he ever injures his fingers I think we would witness a biblical meltdown.

Mendy and Delph are injury prone. This will happen again. Zinc at LB? Danilo should get the nod if fit or Delph may be back if in training

With regard to a defensive perspective, from what we have seen for far, I hope Delph stays fit.

I'm OK with a 3-5-2- with Walker and Zinch as wing backs tomorrow. Laporte on the left will give cover for Zinchenkos defensive shortcomings.

Is he injured then, or is there more to it? I believe he wasn't at training again today and the injury problem has changed since last week. I know he didn't return from international duty on time...or something, so is Pep being hard on him?

It's moved from his knee to his toe - dem bones dem bones!

the utter folly of having no other left back in the club for yet another season is obvious to everyone now - surely??

It was folly not to get a left back in during the window. I posted that a number of times during the summer so not being wise after the crime. Delph and Mendy have been repeatedly injured throughout their careers and its not going to stop. Injury prone players get injured just like liars tell lies.
