Earlier this week I read that teams used to regularly have double digit scores, probably due to them playing games on consecutive days.

110 points in a calendar year in the top flight
A record that will likely never be surpassed

Could be wrong but did Palmer not score on each of his 3 cup debuts?

Ederson has 83 clean sheets in 166 PL games, a rate of 50%

Which no other goalie with at least 100 PL appearances can equal

No.

His League Cup debut was at Burnley last season. Sterling (2) and Torres scored the three goals.

City become the first side to lead by 4+ goals at half time in a CL knockout game.

We are the first team ever to win 5 consecutive away games in the knockout stages of the CL

We now have scored 200 CL goals, becoming the 14th side to do so. We have scored those 200 goals in 97 games which is the quickest to reach this milestone

The records just keep piling up

Just watching the EDS playing Leicester and the commentator said last season was the first time the PL, PL2 & U18s were all won by the same club!
Also U18s beat the Southern Section champions in a play off too :D

Since 2016-17, when Pep Guardiola first took charge of Manchester City, his side have won 512 points in the Premier League (W162 D26 L30), the most of any side.

That is also a massive 109 more than Manchester United (403 – W114 D61 L43).

Mind the raggies

Sad that generation will never get all the recognition it deserves.
Without a doubt the best Premier League side that ever was.

Atletico failed to threaten in attack — it was the first match in 10 years under Simeone that they had failed to muster a shot.

Uefa have got to ask how a team that can’t even have a shot over 90 mins has made it that far in their shitty competition.

I’ve said for ages, there should be points/goals deducted if you fail to meet a certain amount of shots per 90 mins.

Real compliment to us i reckon as they were so shit scared. They scored home and away against the rags, they knocked the dippers out recently.
They have to come out at some point over there and we'll pick them apart. Everyone raves about Felix, didn't see anything from him.

The poor kid is shackled tbf. It would be like us buying Haaland and telling him to just defend from the front and hold the ball up. Don’t do anymore, literally just hold the ball up for us. Waste of time.

Kev's stats in the big games are sensational.
Last night was the 4th year he's scored in a CL Quarter Final.
Since joining he's scored 5 against Chelsea, 1 assist. 5 against Arsenal 2 assists. 3 against Spuds 6 assists. 3 against rags 1 assist. 2 against dippers 5 assists.
Also scored against RM and Barca.
