According to some on here - he plays enough .

Are you referring to me? If so, I never said that, I said I was disappointed he wasn't playing more but let's acknowledge the amount he had played up to that point.

.

""let's also acknowledge that he has been pretty regular this season""
""All I'm saying is let's acknowledge that he has played a fair bit this season""

You said it in black and white ..for all to see....'' He has been playing pretty Regular this season""......or is that your personal code for ''he hasn't played enough this season'' ? which is it ?

It's exactly what I said Carl, up to that point he had been pretty regular.

In your opinion ......in everyone else's opinion he wasn't playing regular enough.

He will no doubt play today ,in a meaningless fuckign game, and will not play in the derby.....100%

City have now scored 1002 goals at The Etihad.
Sergio Aguero has scored 15% of them ( 146 ).
Unbelievable stat that.

I think it's exactly 1000, as 2 of those goals were scored at "home" at Oakwell. So apparently our 1000th goal at the Etihad is an OG.

Typical City

I read somewhere else that we took more games to reach 1000 goals at the Etihad than either Maine Road or Hyde Road.

Our 14th win in a row equals a record for most consecutive wins in all competitions by a top flight side. We are now level with Preston (1891/2) and Arsenal (1987).

Our 15th win in a row in all competitions means we now hold the record outright

Superb

Excluding players who transferred clubs, that's not particularly spectacular. Only us and Liverpool have been in the CL for all of those seasons, and Liverpool threw their match in the LC in 18/19, meaning only our players could be real contenders.

So well done Jesus on being the only one from our squad to do it. It's notable, not spectacular.

Yeah, but only 14 of our outfield squad members have been with us for all 3 seasons, so there's that to consider, too. On the other side, I reckon there'll only have been 3 or 4 players maximum to have managed that feat for 3 consecutive seasons in history, so from that perspective it's pretty noteworthy.

Our players don’t get the plaudits they deserve from anyone outside the club so well done Gab

11 consecutive away wins in all competitions, equalling the club record.

Seems every week we are setting new benchmarks

just been pruning my player list - sad how few club trained ones appeared for us and then made it elsewhere over the past 10 years - barely a handful :?

Of the 23 Academy players to have made their debut for us in the past decade who are no longer at the club, 10 are currently at clubs in Europe's top 5 leagues, and 2 have retired for non-sporting reasons (Wabara to concentrate on business and Helan to concentrate on religion).
