For my money, he'd be a useful addition to the squad, purely for a short term fix.

didnt deserve that gem after taking the piss, did I? now I feel slighly ashamed.

still fail to believe Bakary would rotate as fast as Delph and Zinch.
nuff saying, when putting Delph and fast in the same sentence ;)

Delph - always want to say Diggle and Dobcross after that - I think played well the other night but to me we need a Danilo or a Sagna despite their rightfootedness for defensive reasons.
Zinchenko is a last resort really

dunno, Chum, let me just say I am still on the assessing curve and don't wanna let myself to get carried away, but what I touched first hand of Pep's cooking ability is awfully impressive. even when depressed, so far I feel like sky's the limit for the chef, if just given decent enough ingredients.
agree on that rightfootedness is a non factor on this particular debate, but I have already expanded on my non popular thought about contingency covers of the back 3

Can play LB as well.

But he's not the flying WB that we really need is he, even in extremis.

Had a look at transfermarkt last night and according to that he's played a whole 4 games at left back in his career.

Danilo has played 11 according to the same source.

Besides Sagna's legs have gone.

we dont need a third choice right back and we have people who can fill in at left back just as well as he can if not better(Delph or Danilo). Its a sign that he has no club and its the 28th Sept, his time has come and gone certainly for us.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree. His wages will be throwing money down the drain, as I don't see hi actually getting any game time.

The squads have been named so he can't be added until January anyway. He is not what we need as cover for a LB. Deplhinho is capable.

I dunno mate. At some point we should just throw one of the babies in the water and see if they can swim. A youngster left back would be surrounded by ten other world class players...how badly wrong can it go?

Sagna did a solid job but it's time to move on

WW may be infallible - however- Sane & Jesus are foreign but also U21s and for the purposes for the PL Sagna could be added to our 17 place non-home grown contingent because there are two vacancies - so I think the PL list can be added to after Sept 1st but WW will put me right if not.
