Aguero injured in car accident in Holland?

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

So best centre half, only real left back and now best striker (still is for me anyway) all injured. Going to put a lot of pressure on Jesus now, sure Sterling can play a game up top if needed but it just seems every season since 2012 we have struggled with injuries more than any top side.

Be interesting to see what Pep says later if anything about him having permission to be out there but I don't really see the problem with him being there before a game, I doubt he was boozing or doing what most of us would be in Amsterdam for, if he had been coming back from a concert in MEN could have still had a car crash, its just bad luck and something that could have been much worse looking at them pictures.

Following the Chelsea game we've got it a little easier with the Napoli and Arsenal games being the 3 real tests. However, without means that we can't rotate as much as we would want and may lead to tired legs.

Is this where Pep pulls the rabbit out of the bag in his approach to Raheem, converting him to play upfront?

Not playing on Saturday was my first thought as well. But he would still be on the bench and as such still needs to prepare fully, as an injury to Jesus for example, after ten minutes like against Palace last year means he plays most of the game anyway.

Just rank bad luck and let's just hope it's bruising and he's back soon

It's an hour flight and a 15 minute taxi drive. Would you all have reacted as strongly if it had happened in London?

Lucky to have avoided whiplash or injury to his legs.

MANCHESTER CITY STATEMENT

Sergio Aguero will be assessed by Club doctors today after being involved in a road accident on Thursday.

The City forward was in Holland on his day off and has sustained injuries.

He will return to Manchester this morning and his status will be checked ahead of tomorrow's Premier League clash at Chelsea.

The fates seem to be conspiring........it's up to us to turn them and prove all our qualities. If it has to be about perspiration more than inspiration for a while so be it !!

I have a feeling Kun would've started on the bench on Saturday & we'd start with a floating five of Silva x2,Kev,Raz & Leroy with Jsooz to change it if neccessary

We can still beat chavs if the mentality is right !!

FFS. Mendy, Aguero, Bad news comes in threes. Get a team round to Edersons gaff now with thirty food of cotton wool and keep him away from sharp objects.

We're cursed.

Seriously, between officiating and injuries over the last 5 or 6 years, I'm amazed we've won the league twice.

The thing is, history never remembers these things in the honours list.

Fingers crossed it's just bruising

In Amsterdam at 4.13 am the day before the season's biggest game so far.

Just beyond belief that this has happened. What's going on?

How was that? A striker, a left back and center back, the only three position where we were open.

You really cannot make this shit up.

PS: Looking at the image of the car, thank fuck he is alive.

Good point. I know they rarely X-ray for ribs over here as there's no point. Could just be bruised. Who knows?

what the fuck is wrong with this incredibly tantalizing Magical Club?
still reeling for the potential loss of Ben Mendy full strenght of talent and I've been woke up with this almost lisergic news of Serge.
I lived a fair stretch of a whole life using the words "fate", "jinx" or "God" for the sake of rethorical eloquence only... now thank to You, dearest City, my staunch convictions are shaking.

UNBELIEVABLE.

thoughts with Sergio for a prompt recovery. Unfazed about the Son of Clapton feeling the pressure.

Also, on a personal note, what's wrong with some authorities awarding public transport licences?
this incredible fuckup reminds me one of the biggest scare I had in recent years: a Kurdish cab driver at the Berlin/Tegel airport, speacking fuckall of english, brought me downtown driving likewise a totally pissed max verstappen, including an emergency braking that almost took the life of a mom bringing her lass home...

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!

The driver must have been a rag.
That thing doesn't even look like a car, what the fuck was he doing there in the first place and then going around in that piece of shit.
You couldn't make this one up. Fucking laughing stock.
