Aguero injured in car accident in Holland?

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Not sure I get why some are so upset he was in Amsterdam. It's not exactly that far and he could have gotten in an accident in Manchester.

It's really quite random and could have happened anywhere. He's not a prisoner and seems he had plenty of time to get back and rest enough.

Aren't we used to typical city already? ;)

as one of the recognised Historical Memory of this board, You know pretty well how many Trautmanns you can have in footie, don't You?

but I can also tell You, when I was a toddler, a certain Romeo Benetti, yet to become AC Milan, Juventus and Italy international, which You could remember taking good care of Kev Keegan in a England World Cup qualifier of the 70s, eventually played 3/4 of game with a broken foot, ending up with scoring the winner (or was it equalizer)? for my hometown's Sampdoria.

A lot of the papers going with this as well. Some saying he could even be back for the Stoke game, though I would have thought the West Brom game to be more likely. Anyway a bit of positive news after a shit week with injuries

You're right rural. If this had been PabZab, they would have just strapped him up, broken rib(s) and all and sent him out for the next game.

Lot of macho bullshit in this thread. Well I'll tell you one thing, I've never had a broken rib and it hurt like hell.

In order to enforce your point, I once had a then Jugoslavian foot stamped, with particularl vicious effort, down right of my chest. during a very heated under 19 jugo-ita waterpolo game in Dubrownick.
Hell if hurted, couldnt breath for long and went on crying for 10 minutes lying along the pool.
the adrenaline overflowing all along that ok corral didnt helped, at all, with pain.
pussy my arse!

Absolutely agree, never heard such nonsense from people in my life. He went to a concert on his day off. Presented a singer he likes with a City shirt and headed home. Couple of hours journey each way. He was then in an accident that wasn't his fault. Let's lynch him then...

It's a fair guess he would have been on the bench today. But I agree a flight to Holland on a day off has no significance.

That nails it S4e - you're not the Mancio I used to spar with in another place. His last ever post there in 2013 was 'joe hart is the worst PL goalkeeper without doubt' after that he was disgracefully permabanned.
