Quite a funny moment.

My info is that we aren't going for Sanchez but will be going for Van Dyke this January.

All in all, if it were up to me I think I'd go for a top quality midfielder, a left back and another forward, in the January window, even though it would be an expensive time to buy.

The midfielder would replace Fernandhino who would be 'converted' to a centre back and all this talk of Van Dyke and Jonny Evans would then be no more than that - just talk.

The list of free agents able to start their contract negotiations with new clubs next week is quite interesting

meanwhile Moussa Dembele signs for Brighton from Celtic for £18m

Good signing for them. Didn’t think Celtic would let him go for that cheap.

Van Dijk been left out of the last 2 matchday squads. Rumors are we’re going ahead with a 60M bid in January.
Not sure he’ll be happy on the bench and not sure we should be spending that kind of money on a 3rd string CB

A lot of people complained when we signed Stones.
Look at how those predictions turned out.

If we sign virgil he will improve greatly in this squad with this manager.

We need a defender. No matter who that is it's not going to be cheap, so just get the deal done.

We need a left back asap for me. Some rumours of Delph being injured again. True or not, we can't wait for Mendy.

If true, they must be spending their anticipated Coutinho money already.

It is true. No doubt the media will be saying he chose them above us. £75m! Plus £64m on Keita. Our record signing is £54m but I doubt the media will mention that...nor wil Maureen.
