Personally, I think Pep is a too much a professional and, more importantly, a football obsessed maniac to let that carry him away.

However, I also think Your concern is right, cause if there is anything capable to distract Josep from football that is fecklin Catalunia and all that independence drivel.

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

The thought did occur to me, along with the thought of Catalonia's first elected leader, Presidente Guardiola. Now that would be a distraction!

I'd be surprised if it did affect him, I don't know yet about Spanish/Catalan politics but I'm fairly sure what is going down there is what they are expecting to happen at the minute, whether it stays like that is another matter.

When it turns to civil war that's when I see it affecting Pep, if that ever happens.

Fuck sake if he’s worried about that back home he’s a soft bastard.

I didn’t lose any sleep when Bury Market was on its arse and they were debating whether to keep it or not.

Whether he is distracted or not by current events, do you think it was OK for him to dedicate the Man City win against Napoli to jailed Catalan separatists? I thought it was an odd thing to do considering it was the team that performed to get the victory - did they know it was going to be dedicated to Catalonia?

Looks as though we'll soon find out; Catalan parliament has now declared independence.

We've got Pep on one side and David Silva on the other, for example.

Disturbing.

David Icke lives on a different planet to the rest of us; I doubt if he's even noticed.

Not the worst post ever, Pep will be looking at his homeland as we would be if abroad, This is serious shit Madrid hates Catalonia and will use all means including the army . Heads are gonna get cracked, this could become a mess very quickly.
