I fell like I've known Eric all my life, and now I get to see a legend in my own life time.

So many reasons to love him.
His debut for us was special, two goals (one a corker) and an amazing assist to set up Silva.
The QPR moment.
That goal against Liverpool from a ridiculous angle.
Every goal he's scored against the Rags.
That goal at Sunderland where he struck it so hard it almost broke the net.
The way he celebrated scoring a goal at Wembley for the first time when we beat Chelsea, clearly scoring there meant something to him.
That goal against Burnley last season, the ball was a blur.
The 5 goals against Newcastle.
That interview with Zaba after we won the league for the second time.

Just everything really.

Some fans dish out legend status to any player these days without really understanding the meaning of the word.

This player deserves that status - and his English isn't bad either !

I love the player - well in Serge!

haha... beat me to that, Carl.
saw the interview this morning and was impressed by what really means to Serge to be part of City history. You can really sense his emotion.
Indeed, few players in recent history deserved more to be qualified by that inflated word.

Youre right as well on the rare show of his language knowledge, even though the likes of Herr Zurich, Hants and the Coward in chief would still struggle to understand.
Take a bow Sergio!

Love the fella since his debut for us against Swansea scoring 1 of his few that were outside the box that day from about 30 yards!

One thing thou, why would anyone in their right mind want to buy one of these?

The are so going to be out of date in 3 days time . . . .

Club legend. Forever recorded as one of our greatest warriors. We're so lucky to have such great legends representing the club.

Well done Sergio. And who knows how many more he'll get?!

Complete legend. What I love is the fact that, opposition KNOW he's our danger man, KNOW how quick he is, KNOW how hard he is to get off the ball, and yet still you see defenders looking at each other thinking "where the fuck did he go?" "where the fuck did he come from" "thought YOU were marking him?"
Happens all the time and it's fucking brilliant! :D :D :D :D

He can do whatever he want. if he decides to leave tomorrow, he can go without a spot.

Legend in every single way. And he can't even speak proper english. :D

His English is great and has been for years. Doesn't do interviews without an interpreter cos he knows what the rag media try and do

On topic. Legend end of. A living, breathing, playing one in his prime. Wow.
