Isn't that in one season? I think we have won more than that in a row but running from one season in to the next.

Would've thought so, surely its gotta be the same season to make a record like that.

Did Arsenal’s invincibles not win more than 8 in a row?

Not sure if it's league or club record. In fact, didn't the Dippers win 11 on the trot to win the April PL trophy?

It was more "Win Win Draw Win Win Draw" as they drew about a third of their games that season

Tough Game.
Think Whinger will go with the same hatchet plan as he did for the FA Cup Semi

Oliver is an Sky/Prem Puppet so no protection and every potential for one off or pen.

Any win will do for me.

A few City stats from the Beeb:

Manchester City

City's tally of 28 points equals the Premier League record after 10 games. The two previous sides with 28 points at this point (Chelsea in 2005 and City themselves in 2011) both went on to win the title.

Pep Guardiola's side could equal the club league record of nine consecutive victories within a single season, set in February 1947 in the second tier.

City completed 844 passes in the win at West Brom - the most by a team in the Premier League since Opta began recording this data in 2003.

Leroy Sane has had a hand in 11 goals in his last seven Premier League games - and has scored and assisted in four of his last five league games.

City's total of 35 league goals makes this the most prolific start by a Guardiola-led team, bettering Barcelona's 34 goals in 2008-09.

They have scored 21 goals in five home games - 18 of their 19 Premier League rivals have a lower overall tally from 10 matches.

City (71%) and Arsenal (65%) have the highest average ball possession in the Premier League this season.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

I know resting Kevin seems absurd vs Arsenal but he was poor vs Napoli and i expect to see Jesus back.
Although, some pessimists on here would believe Sterling is gonna be dropped by Pep

Erm like ginger Kev is THE BEST PLAYER IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE IF NOT EUROPE RIGHT NOW he isn't going to get DROPPED or given a REST BEFORE THE INTERNATIONAL BREAK . Give your head a serious wobble pal !

He isn't even the best in our midfield!

Rumours that KDB forced Kolarov out just that that he could finally be considered best at the club.

I'm predicting 3-1 or 4-1 but I know we can easily come unstuck. Just hope it isn't in this game. An early couple of goals to settle us and unsettle the Arse please.
