Other games 4–5 November

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Other games 4–5 November

A can of Bock bier, a huge pile of shirts to iron and Sroke vs. Leicester on the telly. At least I got the beer and the ironing to distract me ...

Don't know why but went for a 2-1 win for Leicester. If that happens, I wonder if Leslie will still have the boards backing?

So did I. Keeping my fingers crossed. It'd be good for Ian to score his first for them.

bobby madley gone off injured. Could rule out one of our most dangerous opponents this season for some time.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

I knew it as soon as you typed it.

Vardy and Kelechi are too similar. They both go for the same balls and occupy the same space.

I don’t think Ian is right for this Leicester team at all. They’re all pace and booting it over the top for Vardy to chase. Ian is a poacher and needs to be at a team that will feed him balls in the box.

I agree with that, but when they do have possession in the final third, he and Vardy run in the way of each other.

What's the nature of his injury TB, a severe attack of conscience ??

Whatever it is, it might be better if it's nothing trivial.

Hamstring or summat. He was fit enough to stay on as fourth official for the rest of the game, holding up the subs and injury time board, etc.

Thanks for that mr_nool.

If it's his hamstring, I'd recommend amputation.

As an aside, how can you manage to do your ironing and post on here at the same time ?? You must be a great multi-tasker.

I took five minute breaks for social media and beer while ironing. Now I'm listening to music (Sun Kil Moon's new album is fantastic).
