MotM v Dirty Huddersfield

Postby Beefymcfc » Sun Nov 26, 2017 6:03 pm

What a gruelling game. That is what we can expect from the Rags, a park-the-bus team who will fake and feign whilst wasting every second possible. We pushed through and every player should be credited for not giving in and forcing the win.

Not sure who I'm going for yet, will wait to see comments to pursuade me.

Sterling for me. Constant menace, won the penalty and scored the winner.

But a great team performance

Has to be Raheem for me. He missed a chance in the first half but he really got us going in the second. Created the penalty. Ok He was lucky with the winner but Johnny on the spot. Really caused problems for Huddersfield all game unlike Leroy on the left who had a quiet game.

Thought Vinne had an assured game.

KDB and Dave combined probably had their worst or toughest game of the season

Raheem won it for us - cant see beyond him

Tough one

Raz got the pen with a great run and helping create and being in the right place for the winner.

Nico also had some good moments.

I’m for Sterling.

Rags cant play like that in the Derby . Whatever happens they will need the win more than we do. They have tough games away to Watford and Arsenal they could be 10-14 points behind us at kick-off.

Of course the rags will park the bus and try to hit us on the break. They have no other option. If they come out to play they will get murdered.

I bet they can. Maureen knows he can't win the league and his only concern will be top 4, that's why the Rags wanted him, to try and guarantee the extra wonga, winning the league would be a bonus.

Exactly Beefy. In private, Mourinho knows his team are simply not good enough in numerous positions to win the PL title. His remit will be to finish as high as possible. A 0-0 for him would be the perfect game and if his cloggers can injure a couple of our boys he won't mind a jot. In fact he will probably encourage rough tactics. Remember, this is a guy who poked an opposition coach in the eye.

Rags will definitely have defence as a priority but then it's lump the ball forward to a big guy or a fast guy. No way they will takes us on with a passing game. If we play well we win but we will need to be good that day for certain

I don't think the rags can defend as well as Huddersfield
