I would swap walker and Danilo and drop Kompany and play Mangala.

Isn't kmops on 4 yellows also. Cannot afford to play Mangala against the rags next week

I was sort of thinking we can't afford to play Kompany:-)

I'm actually going to miss this one, I'll be on a plane from Malta to the UK.
It's the first one I've missed for years, the last one was also home to the Hammers when it was the first game of the season, and we apparently gave them a hiding but drew, 2-2 I think.
Don't remember the year, but it was the year we lost at home to Napoli second game. I missed it because I was in Cuba.
Come on you blues

This is the thing I'm concerned about the most for today's game

Console yourself with the thought that Hart keeps him out the team

Likewise - he'll obviously see it as a way to potentially displace him from the team. Not only could this be a risk for the game, but it could prove costly in the long-run in trying to offload Hart (not that we should realistically expect any more than £2-3 million for him).

Is it Adrian still? Wasn’t him who had a stormer against us the other season when they beat us.

I expect the Hammers plan will be to get it wide and cross to Carrol’s head. I hope we can handle him.

It is him

Their academy goalkeeper, Nathan Trott, is pretty highly rated, too, although it's unlikely he'd be starting.

Never gets near the ball against us

But it sounds like a Moyes plan. To be fair he was accused of being negative from the start at Sunderland. Can't be accused of that here. Not yet anyway

Apparently so. Otamendi should have fairly safe cheekbones
