Fingers crossed, both of them come through.
i agree.

Please God no Mangala.I dont think he is good enough for a top championship side,

Rumours are Johnny fucking Evans is back on again for January,To be fair i would take him in a heartbeat over Mangala.I have never seen a player trip himself up,, tackle himself as often as Mangala.

What’s Delph need to be assessed for?! Since when did he get injured?

Delph isn't injured but he was sick and had a temp on Tuesday. I think he may be fine but Vince didn't make training yesterday and has a muscle problem. I doubt we will see him Sunday

Pep saying Kompany will be assessed after training tomorrow suggests he expects him to train tomorrow unless I’m missing something. Then if no reaction he plays. Maybe I’m over reading what he said.

From what I have seen at the presser, Pepsi the players were off today and he would check on their condition tomorrow. From the bit I watched he didn't actually say he would check on them after training tomorrow (unless I missed that bit)

Here’s Ian Cheeseman’s take. His gut instinct is they’ll both play. He includes a very positive
interview with Henry Winter and a delightful Brazilian journalist.

I would not believe one word from either Pep or Mo in the run up to this game.
They will keep each other guessing as long as possible.

I'm hoping their ego gets the better of them and they actually try and play football, at least to make it a spectacle. Our last few opponents have had no intention of playing football, and can you blame them, so it may be that the Rags come out and at least try to test us rather than park that double decker that Maureen is so keen on.

Or am I being naive?

An early goal from us would certainly make them try and play...

i think we will win even if we go behind.. but an early lead would set the stage for them to try and big it up in front of their own.

Am i dreaming or didnt Leroy run the defender stupid last time ?

Either way getting right into the box from the byline is the key to fuckling DeGea up as it takes him out while he covers the front post.. and someone runs in for a

Mangala is the main weakness given how good a coach pep is shows how he seems unable to improve, shame as he’s one of our taller defenders
God why haven’t we got stones?!that fu&&&&ng Garett southgate is responsible in my view
Still if we go ahead like last year I think we’ll be ok and no corners conceded should get us over the line lawro says we’ll lose 2-1
Hope that’s a good sign

What are the odds on the match being postponed. The weather forecast for Sunday is shocking.

i would say it's 50:50 at the mo
forecast is dire and we all know how ultra cautious the authorities are these days. one thing that may work in the game going ahead's favour is the fact that it is being televised...
