Wembley to now host an additional 4 games, as Brussels couldn't guarantee their stadium being ready in time, and UEFA decided not to award the games to a city who lost out in the initial bidding process...

I honestly have no idea how this is going to work out, what with visas obviously being potentially required at incredibly short notice for games in the last 16 and beyond.

No idea how Bucharest will host anything when it was required to have direct subway from the airport towards the city and, of course, the constructions did not yet started.

I reckon quite a lot of taxi meters will all of a sudden become 'broken' during that period, so drivers will just round the trip from the airport off at 150 Leu, too...

They changed it a bit, now only a few taxi firms are allowed to enter the airport area. Contracts with the state, I reckon.
Plus the buses that will be overcrowded. My guess is that they will activate the train that goes to the North Station, but is really, really slow.
