Well there you go....ex City player agrees with me. I bet in private he says a lot more than ''accident''.

Lescott got at least 14950 of those slaggings...the others got off lightly.

Nice one mate!

On a side note, Pep must be the only man alive who knows how to properly use a Mangle.

It seems he might have opted for tender ministrations of BFS. Does anyone know for sure?

Despite media bollox as ever, fairly sure Pep said he's staying?

Gone to Everton on loan. Best of luck to him I hope he does well for them.

Hard to fault him for effort he obviously wanted to prove himself here but just doesn't have the ability on the ball to play under Pep.

You are right in the effort and also the team spirit. Poor bugger clearly on the way out,yet still on the field congratulating players at end of matches. Never moaned to my knowledge (the pay might help)

It's the buying process you have to question - one look at him and he's clearly not comfortable on the ball.. I can only think they scouted him against awful Portuguese opposition? If at all.

Saturday morning dilemna.

What is wrong with this fella? Why no one wants him even for a season loan?
He is not the best player in the world, of course, however, he had a lot of good games for us also. Always saw him as a big match player that knew how to play with the big clubs, but lost his concentration with the other teams.
Looks like he is stuck between two world now, like a quarantined patient that no one wants to touch.

Must've been a serious one as I thought that happened whilst he was with Everton early last season, or at least before Christmas?

Knee ligament injury, I don't believe the exact nature was reported.

He joined Everton on 31 January this year and was injured in his first game, must have been first week of Feb, so been out / recovering for 8-9 months. It's not surprising we've not heard from him really.

He is out long term injured but I doubt anyone would want him anyway. He was dreadful for Everton (against Arsenal for eg) and dreadful for us. I watched him a couple of times before he joined us and he displayed no positional sense whatsoever. I'd love to know who scouted him as I found the whole deal for him and Fern 2 very strange indeed. Mangala seems a lovely lad and a proper good pro by all accounts, but he can't play. He's nowhere near Prem level in my opinion.
