Loved how Pep gave each and every one a slice of appreciation at the end. What a coach. What a time to be a City fan.

Well we march on.
All in all a great result considering the team we had throughout and the team they substituted on for most the second half.

Personally I’d give Zinchenko MOTM.
Thought the young fella did well throughout and particularly well in the latter stages against Mahrez.

Winning means we won't feel as much tiredness in the legs for those lads who feature at the weekend as well.

So now the FA have to look at the dive that forced the controversy for their Penalty. Otherwise, they have to do an about face.

Whew, heart in my throat for a while there... I know why we played who we played but I don't have to be happy about it. Every time Bravo is in goal my confidence plummets. Thanks goodness that's over!

But do we want Gray suspended for the United game?

Embarrassing for Leicester lost to a bunch of kids, basically our reserve team. Should be ashamed especially making our lads play extra time on a school night.

I must admit, HNQ, an Ederson pseudo clone as our back up 'keeper, would be much preferable to our friend Bravo but, at the moment, that's who we have and have to support.

Perhaps this summer might see some changes in that aspect, unless both Pep and Bravo are happy to maintain the 'status quo' ??

So delighted with that win. It was huge, given the way the ref took complete control.

Guardiola is the absolute perfect boss we could have ever hoped for.

The perfect fit. Not because of the obvious things like his tactics and philosophy, but his complete disregard for the media and the officials.

I firmly believe he's put the spot light on both of these entities with how he conducts himself.

Also, he's making it his mission to ensure the fans play their part.

I love him.

Simple as that.

VERY interesting to see how that plays out.

So... batter the rags over two legs in Manchester or humiliation at Wembley? Assuming Mourinho won't be giving up the chance to add to his trophy count by playing his kids tomorrow.

Pep post match interview - "Danilo plays central defender for the first time in his life" - well there's a turn up, I thought we bought him for his versatility

Mourinho knows the PL has all but gone. They will be full strength tomorrow, you can bet your ass on it
